Fiberglass and cellulose lose R value when the air is moving. The air moves a lot in an attic. You don’t need R49 spray foam to equal the performance of R49 cellulose. In fact R49 spray foam would be a ridiculous waste of money. You could have paid for much less than R49 insulation and still had a better insulation system than what you have.
